Co-founder of EM Solutions, Eliana is primarily responsible for administration and commercial operations. She manages client relationships, especially with Swiss and UK resellers, coordinates internal organization, and, together with Roberto, oversees all of the company’s strategic decisions with vision and attention to detail.
Co-founder alongside Eliana, Roberto oversees the technical area, production, and product development. Thanks to his hands-on experience and his background as a professional firefighter and emergency management consultant, he is the go-to person for innovation and the optimization of our industrial processes.
Cristian started with EM Solutions as an external collaborator, but he’s now officially part of our internal team. Today he works side by side with Fabrizio and Denis in the production area, supporting machinery installation and handling activities related to Job 81. Originally from Vicenza, Cristian is a trusted professional known for his dedication and long-standing relationship with the company.
Fabrizio plays a key role in our production department. He handles mechanical processing, cutting, and assembly together with Denis and Ezio. His attention to detail and hands-on expertise ensure every component is built to last from day one.
Denis keeps the production running smoothly. He manages forklifts, cutting processes, and machine operations with precision and coordination, working closely with Ezio and Fabrizio to ensure consistent results every day.
Ezio works alongside Denis and Fabrizio in production, handling machinery and technical assemblies. His experience and meticulous approach help guarantee the high standards of every EM Solutions project.
Amedeo is responsible for technical design and project development. He transforms each idea into detailed, functional drawings that form the blueprint of our custom flood protection systems.
Maykol works in our research & development team, focusing on advanced design. Together with Amedeo, he helps create innovative and tailored solutions that raise the bar of performance.
